#1. Marketing Strategy & Operations Manager

Remote (***Would need to work PST hours***)

This role will be a trusted partner and advisor to the Head of Marketing Strategy & Operations and have a detailed purview and input into the strategic priorities and programs that drive our business. The ideal candidate is passionate about understanding the underlying dynamics and success drivers of an exceptional marketing operation. If you have a track record of helping teams excel through analysis, strategy, communications, and operational rigor then this is the role for you.

#2. UX Designer – Loyalty & My Account

Coraopolis, PA (if candidate is not local, they must be open to relocation when offices reopen)

Permanent Position w/ Client (bonus and equity structure included)

Our client is looking for a UX Designer for their Loyalty & My Account product team. In this role, you will be partnering with the product manager on the team to bring a technology vision and strategy to life for the Loyalty program. You will work closely with the software engineers on the product team to deliver stellar customer experiences while balancing business needs and software scalability.

#3. Sr. Product Manager, Customer Support Systems

Remote (Needs to be able to work PST hours)

5+ Months (medical, dental, vision benefits offered)

As a Sr. Product Manager for our CES (Customer Engagement and Support) engineering teams, you will be responsible for prioritizing, gathering and documenting requirements for major project work, small enhancement work and production support work for key areas of the technology ecosystem.

#4. Sr. UX Researcher

Candidate can sit fully remote – candidate must be local to EST or CST hours of operation

Permanent Position

The End User Technology User Experience team is looking for an experienced UX Researcher to organize and conduct traditional user research activities in support of active technology project initiatives and longer-term strategic efforts. This is a newly added position to meet the growing demand for services.
