#1. Planning & Resource Optimization Lead Analyst

Create forecasts of contact volume (email, phone, chat, etc.), handling time, shrinkage and other workforce related metrics based on trends and understood business drivers. Determine headcount recommendations and hiring needs for customer support teams.
#2. Digital Marketing Analytics Manager
San Francisco, CA
6+ Months (medical, dental, vision benefits offered)

The Digital Marketing Analytics Manager will be an integral member of the centralized Marketing Analytics and Performance Systems Team. As a Digital Marketing Analytics Manager, you will own the reporting and insights for the Consumer business. In this role, you will work closely with Marketing, Paid Media Marketing, and Data Science to problem solve and support the growth of the Consumer business.
#3. SEO Specialist
Burlington, VT (only open to candidates local to Burlington or in Kansas City)
6-month contract w/ potential for extensions or conversion perm (full medical, dental & vision benefits offered)
The SEO Specialist 2 is responsible for delivering a premium level of Search Engine Optimization services to help achieve subscribers’ goals. This includes analyzing website performance data (traffic, rankings, etc.), evaluating clients’ websites, and determining actions to improve site performance. Monthly collaboration on strategy with clients and internal stakeholders like the SEO Copywriters is involved.
#4. UX Researcher – Customer Accounts
Smyrna, GA (remote start) *must be local to the ATL area or willing to relocate once offices reopen
6+month contract (full benefits offered, likely to extend or convert)
The UX Researcher will be part of a cross functional team focused on helping our business understand customers. Previous experience working within B2B preferred.Ideal candidates are storytellers, have the ability to give life to customer data with the required training and experience and have the ability to conduct rigorous research across retail channels.
